When you need comprehensive advice on resource consents for both subdivision and land use activities, Tracy is the person to talk to. She has extensive experience working with Auckland Council and maintains a close network of other like-minded experts to keep her knowledge current.
Tracy started her career in the mid 1990’s as a fully qualified land surveyor working on a range of land development projects from infill subdivision to large scale greenfield subdivision. Since then she has obtained a planning qualification and now primarily focuses on the preparation of resource consent applications and liaising with Council to obtain subdivision and land use consents. Her experience in surveying, planning, land development and engineering make her uniquely qualified to understand all aspects of a project.
